Butter, softened (3/4 stick)

Sugar

Eggs

Vanilla

cup
Buttermilk
1 1/3
cups
Coconut
Mix all ingredients together and stir in the coconut. Pour into pie shell and bake for 55 minutes at 325 degrees. Best served warm.
